PyCon is a major international Python conference. Over the past few years (2011 onward?) the PyCon organisers and community have taken major steps towards attracting and including more women in the conference including:
- Code of conduct
- Travel scholarships
- PyCon Feminist Hacker Lounge
- Hosting an Ada Initiative Ally Skills Workshop (2015)
