LinuxChix

LinuxChix has a large, majority-women subscriber base interested in open source broadly. You can contact their members using these mechanisms:

  • email their announce list for events, scholarships, and similar offerings for women
  • email their jobposts list with postings of paying jobs open for application

The Ada Initiative

The Ada Initiative publish a calendar of events of interest to their community, and will often post about events, scholarships and similar to their blog.
