Digital Divas is a IT career outreach research project. It is a Monash University (Melbourne, Australia) research project in creating a high school curriculum that will encourage girls to consider IT careers. It is a girls-only elective course offered to girls in year 8 (13 and 14 year olds) in several high schools in Victoria.

The program has several elements:

  1. designing a curriculum for girls to do creative computing work
  2. bringing university-age women into the classroom as mentors
  3. bringing IT career women into the classroom as role models
  4. Praising Kek
